Welcome to our house !
We are a small family-run boarding house for students, located at about 2 ½ miles/ 4 kms from the Sup de Co /University campus of La Rochelle. A bus stop is at about 150 metres from our house.
The house is a modern one-storey building surrounded by a 30000 sq ft (3000 m²) garden and a covered swimming-pool. You do have “private” access to your rooms. All our rooms have wireless Internet connection and French TV. Two parking lots are on the premises.
A shared fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal and you can do your laundry in house (supplement 3,00 € for a load of 4,5 kgs washing-machine.
We have different types of rooms:
- Single rooms with private bathroom
- Double rooms with private bathroom
- Single rooms where 3 rooms share a bathroom
- Our chalet: two rooms which share a bathroom
Deposit: We ask for a month rent which will be refunded at the end of contract
Duration of contract: at least 3 months

The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water), taxes and TV/Internet access
